• "Account" refers to a unique account created for You to access our Service.

Using Our Service

Account Registration

You must register for an account to use certain features of our Service. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine it is appropriate.

Subscription

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. We offer a 7-day free trial that provides access to all features. After your trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Financial Data Access

Our Service allows you to connect your financial accounts through Plaid. By doing so, you authorize us to access your financial institution accounts on your behalf to provide our Services. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your financial institution login information to us and to authorize us to access your accounts.

Content

Our Service allows you to store, process, and manage certain information ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you create, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
